Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to drive high-quality patient care and program excellence within our pharmacy operations. You will oversee the Care and Hub Operations, mentor pharmacists and technicians, and partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver compliant, efficient programs.

The role requires 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy, a PharmD and active U.S. licensure, plus leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience working in a high volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists and/or technicians.
• Oversee daily execution of pharmacy programs, workflows, and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
