Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs, aligning with partner and regulatory goals.
• Supervise daily execution of programs, including workflow and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Develop and monitor quality rubrics to sustain high standards of care and patient safety.
• Identify processes for improvement and drive efficiency across programs; coordinate with external partners.
• Manage high-touch partnerships and report on progress using project management tools.
