Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead pharmacy programs and elevate patient experience. You will supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians, drive program roadmaps, manage milestones, and coordinate with external partners to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires a PharmD, an active US license, 4+ years in a high-volume pharmacy, and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity. This remote-friendly position supports national partners and requires strong project

Qualifications

4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting.
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.

Responsibilities

Program management: develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs and align with partner and regulatory goals.
Operational oversight: supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, schedule staff, and monitor performance.
Compliance: ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Team leadership: mentor and develop pharmacists/technicians in a collaborative environment.
Quality assurance: create rubrics and monitoring to maintain high patient care standards.
Process improvement: identify improvements and partner with stakeholders for scale.
Stakeholder collaboration: work with internal teams and external partners to meet objectives.
Escalation management: provide hands-on support to resolve escalated program-related issues.
