Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs with partner and regulatory alignment.
• Operational Oversight: Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, including workflow, scheduling, defect tracking, and reconciliation.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacists and technicians in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Quality Assurance: Develop rubrics and monitoring to sustain high standards of care and patient safety.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and drive systematic improvements with stakeholders.
