Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead key initiatives that position the pharmacy as an industry leader in patient experience and clinical services. You will cultivate relationships with external partners and oversee pharmacy operations teams, delivering exceptional service across channels.

Qualifications

4+ years experience working in a high-volume pharmacy.
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Multi-State Licensure preferred or in consideration for licensure in multiple states.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs aligned with partner and organizational goals, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs including workflow, performance management, and scheduling.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
