Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Care Professional Manager to lead the care professional employment experience from onboarding through training, development, engagement, performance management, recognition and retention.

This is a full-time on-site role reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with Recruiting, Scheduling, Client Care, HR, and office teams to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong interviewing and talent evaluation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Care Professionals; oversee onboarding, training, and performance.
• Manage the hiring process with Recruiting; ensure schedules meet client needs.
• Set clear expectations on attendance, documentation, and performance standards.
• Provide timely feedback and conduct corrective actions with GM approval when needed.
• Maintain records of interviews, training, evaluations, and compliance activities.
