Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Care Professional Manager to lead the employment experience of Care Professionals from onboarding through training, development, engagement, and retention. You will supervise Care Professionals, provide coaching and recognition, and partner with Recruiting, Scheduling, Client Care, HR, and office teams to uphold Love (v.) values in every interaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with travel within the local service area.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of formal people management experience including direct supervision and coaching.
• Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating talent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to learn and assess caregiving skills and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Care Professional employment experience from onboarding through training, development, engagement, and retention.
• Coach Care Professionals and provide timely feedback and recognition.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Scheduling, Client Care, HR, and office/corporate teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and wage/hour regulations.
• Foster safety, quality care, and professional boundaries in daily operations.
• Oversee orientation, education, competency validation, and performance reviews.
