We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is seeking a Care Professional Manager to lead the employment experience of Care Professionals from onboarding through ongoing development. You will work with Recruiting, Scheduling, Client Care, HR, and office teams to build a skilled, engaged group delivering high-quality, consistent caregiver support for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of formal people management experience, including direct supervision of a frontline workforce and coaching.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews, evaluate talent, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong judgment, communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience with applicant tracking, scheduling, learning, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Comfort learning, teaching, and assessing essential caregiving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Care Professional employment experience from onboarding through training, development, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Scheduling, Client Care, HR, and office/corporate teams; act as primary supervisor after hire.
• Set clear expectations about work, client needs, schedules, attendance, documentation, and performance.
• Coach for improvement with specific examples and follow-up dates; document coaching and actions.
• Oversee orientation, ongoing education, annual requirements, and competency validation.
