Job summary

TIC Power Construction is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all care, preservation, and asset protection activities for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects in Texas.

This role will ensure equipment, materials, systems, and facilities are protected from receipt through installation, commissioning, and turnover to maintain warranties and project investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial construction, power generation, or asset preservation.
• Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
• Knowledge of equipment storage, warranty requirements, and complex construction environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Care and Preservation programs and plans.
• Establish preservation requirements based on vendor recommendations and project specs.
• Ensure preservation activities align with project schedules, turnover milestones, and construction strategies.
• Lead planning for long-term storage, laydown yard management, and equipment protection strategies.
• Maintain preservation records to support warranty validity and turnover.
