Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all care, preservation, and asset protection activities for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate with Construction, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning, and Project Controls to ensure preservation plans keep equipment in a ready-to-install state, protect warranties, and minimize rework across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 8+ years in industrial construction, power, or asset preservation.
• Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
• Strong understanding of equipment storage, maintenance, and warranty requirements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific care and preservation programs.
• Establish preservation requirements based on vendor recommendations and specs.
• Ensure activities align with project schedules and turnover milestones.
• Lead long-term storage, laydown yard, and equipment protection planning.
• Maintain preservation records to support warranties and turnover.
