Job summary

TIC Power Construction is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all care, preservation, and asset protection activities for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects.

This role ensures equipment, materials, systems, and facilities are properly protected from receipt through installation, commissioning, and turnover to maintain warranties and prevent rework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial construction, power generation, or asset preservation.
• Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Care and Preservation programs, procedures, and execution plans.
• Lead preservation activities for major equipment (turbines, generators, HRSGs, transformers, pumps, motors, switchgear).
• Monitor compliance with preservation procedures and coordinate with Quality/Construction on nonconformances.
• Manage preservation records and turnover documentation; report on preservation status.
