Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Care and Preservation (C&P) Manager to lead preservation for large-scale power generation and energy infrastructure projects. You will develop, implement, and oversee preservation programs to protect equipment from receipt through turnover, maintaining warranties and reducing rework.

The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Construction teams, mentoring coordinators and inspectors, and traveling to project sites as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or industrial tech.
• 8+ years in industrial construction, power generation, energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, or asset preservation.
• Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of equipment storage, maintenance, warranty requirements, and project turnover.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Care and Preservation programs aligned with project schedules and milestones.
• Establish preservation requirements based on vendor recommendations and industry best practices.
• Oversee storage, protection, and preservation activities for major equipment (turbines, generators, HRSGs, transformers, pumps, motors, switchgear).
• Maintain preservation records to support warranties and project turnover.
• Coordinate audits, nonconformances, and preservation metrics with project leadership.
