Job summary

TIC Power Construction seeks a Care and Preservation Manager to lead protection programs for large-scale power infrastructure projects. You will develop and oversee preservation plans, storage, and documentation to safeguard equipment and warranties.

The role requires 8+ years in industrial construction and a strong grasp of vendor requirements, storage solutions, and compliance. Travel to project sites will be needed as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years in industrial construction, power generation, energy, oil & gas, or asset preservation.
• Experience managing preservation programs for large capital projects.
• Strong understanding of equipment storage, maintenance, and warranty requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific Care and Preservation programs, procedures, and execution plans.
• Establish preservation requirements based on vendor recommendations, project specifications, and industry best practices.
• Ensure care and preservation activities align with project schedules, turnover milestones, and construction execution strategies.
• Lead planning efforts for long-term storage, laydown yard management, and equipment protection strategies.
• Maintain compliance with owner requirements, manufacturer warranties, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee preservation activities for major equipment, including turbines, generators, HRSGs, transformers, pumps, motors, switchgear, instrumentation and controls, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Verify preservation records to maintain warranty validity and support project turnover requirements.
