• Conduct analyses on care pathways, engagement, utilization, provider performance, and affordability opportunities.
• Develop analytic frameworks to identify where members benefit from interventions.
• Build predictive models and segmentation approaches for outreach and affordability initiatives.
• Execute analyses with rigorous measurement approaches including A/B testing and impact evaluation.
