Job summary

NC Health Affiliates seeks a Care Pathway & Patient Engagement Analyst to advance Curacor Solutions' affordability initiatives through analytics and care pathway optimization. You will translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership and collaborate across Utilization Management, Care Management, Network, Pharmacy, Actuarial, Finance, Technology, and Clinical teams.

Ideal candidates are highly analytical, execution-oriented, and experienced in healthcare analytics, with strong SQL,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics or health care analytics.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytic frameworks to identify where members are most likely to benefit from interventions and affordability opportunities.
• Develop predictive models, segmentation approaches, and targeting methodologies for member outreach and engagement.
• Create dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools for affordability teams to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, concise recommendations and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
