CuraCor Solutions, in collaboration with Blue Cross NC, seeks a Care Pathway & Patient Engagement Analyst to advance affordability strategies through analytics and care pathway optimization. You’ll partner with Utilization Management, Care Management, Network, Pharmacy, Actuarial, Finance, Technology, and Clinical teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or advanced degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on care pathways, patient engagement, utilization patterns, provider performance, affordability opportunities, and consumer behavior.
• Develop analytic frameworks to identify where members benefit from interventions and optimize care decisions.
• Build predictive models, segmentation, and targeting for engagement and affordability initiatives.
