CuraCor Solutions, part of Blue Cross NC, seeks a Care Pathway & Patient Engagement Analyst to drive affordability analytics, engagement insights, and care pathway optimization across the organization.

You will partner with Utilization Management, Care Management, Network, Pharmacy, Actuarial, Finance, Technology, and Clinical teams to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve outcomes and reduce unnecessary utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree; 5+ years in related field; in lieu of degree, 7+ years.
• Experience in healthcare analytics or health plan analytics is desirable.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for analytics.

Responsabilités

• Conduct analyses on care pathways, patient engagement, utilization patterns, and affordability opportunities.
• Develop analytic frameworks to identify where members benefit from interventions.
• Build predictive models and segmentation to support outreach and engagement strategies.
• Execute analyses with rigorous measurement, including A/B testing and quasi-experimental methods.
• Analyze longitudinal journeys to identify care gaps and intervention opportunities.
• Support financial-impact measurement with actuarial, finance, and affordability teams.
• Create dashboards and decision-support tools for affordability teams.
