Job summary

CuraCor Solutions seeks a Care Pathway & Patient Engagement Analyst to advance affordability through analytics, insights, and pathway optimization. You will partner with Utilization Management, Care Management, Network, Pharmacy, Actuarial, Finance, Technology, and Clinical teams to design and implement affordability initiatives.

Ideal candidates are highly analytical, execution-focused, and capable of translating data into actionable recommendations to improve affordability and healthcare

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree is required or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, health plan analytics, or related quantitative discipline.
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R.

Responsibilities

Conduct analyses on care pathways, patient engagement, utilization patterns, and affordability opportunities.
Develop predictive models and targeting methodologies to support member outreach and care navigation.
Execute rigorous impact evaluations including A/B testing and quasi-experimental methods.
Translate findings into clear recommendations for business leaders and stakeholders.
Create dashboards and decision-support tools for affordability teams.
