You will work across care management, network, and actuarial teams to design and implement analytics that improve outcomes and reduce costs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, predictive modeling, and actionable recommendations to optimize care pathways and member engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree; 5+ years in healthcare analytics or a related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience accepted.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for analytics.

Aufgaben

• Conduct claims and pathway analyses focusing on engagement, utilization, and affordability.
• Develop analytic frameworks to identify where members benefit from interventions.
• Create predictive models and targeting methods for outreach and care navigation.
• Evaluate engagement strategies using A/B tests and quasi-experimental methods.
• Analyze longitudinal journeys to uncover utilization patterns and gaps.
• Partner with actuarial/finance to quantify opportunities and savings.
• Build dashboards and decision-support tools for affordability teams.
• Explore AI/ML applications to enhance pathway analytics and decision support.
