Blue Cross NC, part of CuraCor Solutions, seeks a Care Pathway & Patient Engagement Analyst to advance affordability analytics and engagement strategies. You will work closely with leadership to develop analytic solutions that improve affordability, patient outcomes, and engagement across multiple teams.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, curiosity, and execution-oriented mindset to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in a related field; in lieu of degree, 7+ years.
• Proficiency with SQL and familiarity with Python, R, or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on care pathways, patient engagement, utilization, and affordability opportunities.
• Develop analytic frameworks to identify where members benefit from interventions.
• Create predictive models, segmentation, and targeting to support outreach and care navigation.
• Evaluate engagement strategies using A/B testing and quasi-experimental methods.
• Analyze longitudinal healthcare journeys to identify gaps and opportunities for intervention.
• Support financial-impact measurement with actuarial and finance teams.
• Build dashboards and decision-support tools for affordability teams.
• Explore AI and ML applications to improve pathway analytics and decision support.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for business leaders.
