Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to provide direct care for residents in daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. You will help maintain residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety in a compassionate, team-based environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, completion of state-required training, and Home Health Aide certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, plus state training.
• Must pass health requirements and background check.
• Must be certified as a home health aide.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
• Maintain proper care records and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.

Details about the Caregiver/Resident Assistant position we are hiring for:

As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant you will provide direct care assisting residents in their daily activities. Additional tasks include keeping proper care records, reporting any changes in resident’s conditions, interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
