Meridian Senior Living in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Part-Time Caregiver/Resident Assistant to provide direct care for residents, assist with daily activities, and ensure comfort and safety. The role requires compassionate care, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team and with residents’ families.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility and incontinence care, while maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes to the supervisory team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work as a team member and as an individual.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Must meet health requirements and pass background check.

Additional tasks include keeping proper care records, reporting any changes in resident’s conditions, interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.

• High school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete training as required by State regulations.
