Job summary

Horizons Residential Care Center in Rural Hall, NC seeks a Disability Support Professional I for the 11:00pm - 7:30am shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and document care plans in EMR. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, retirement match, and tuition reimbursement.

The role requires 18+ years old, HS diploma, excellent communication, and a passion for disability care. Prior pediatric/long-term care and CPR/BLS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Preferred: pediatric or long-term care experience with knowledge of ICF.
• Preferred CPR, First-Aid, AED, and BLS certifications.
• Proficient in electronic medical documentation.
• Valid NC driver’s license.
