Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Part-Time 3rd Shift (11 PM–7 AM) in our residential programs. The role provides minimum to maximum assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, therapies, and driving clients to appointments and activities.

Qualifications

• Assists clients with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Supports clients during therapies and activities.
• Provides driving support for medical appointments and outings.

Responsibilities

• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving to appointments and activities.
• Interact with medically complex and behaviorally challenged clients in a respectful, safe manner.
