Vitalia Rockside in Seven Hills, OH is seeking a caring Care Partner to support residents with daily activities and companionship. This full-time role requires empathy, physical stamina, and the ability to work the 7:00am–7:00pm shifts as scheduled.

You will assist residents with ADLs, help create a warm, inclusive environment, and participate in a team that values growth and internal promotion. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities to advance within Arrow Senior Living family.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer for printing and entering resident information.
• Must be physically active (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping).
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and transfers.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and oral care.
• Provide compassionate companionship and create human connection with residents.
• Engage with residents to foster an inclusive and positive environment.
• Support team training and ongoing development to enhance care quality.
