Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner in Little Rock, AR. The role is part-time, with shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7:00am–7:00pm, supporting residents with daily living tasks and social engagement.

You’ll be part of a team that values empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude toward residents. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read and communicate in English. Benefits accompany employment.

Qualifications

• Be an advocate of empathy and create connections with residents.
• Excellent communication and English literacy.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents’ well‑being and safety, creating a warm and inclusive environment.
• Engage residents in activities, encourage participation, and document basic information as needed.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $22 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Wednesday and Thursday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
