Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Little Rock, AR, to work full-time at Summit. This role requires assisting residents with daily activities, maintaining a safe environment, and showing genuine empathy during challenging moments.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a high school diploma, English proficiency, and basic computer skills. Shifts are 7:00 pm–7:00 am, 3 days per week over a two-week cycle, with a strong emphasis on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter data.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate empathy to residents during vulnerable moments.
• Be present and reliable, contributing to a supportive team.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment through your engagement.
• Be proactive in development, growth, and training within the organization.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Little Rock, AR

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $22 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
