Rock Creek Senior Living in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Care Partner to provide compassionate support to residents. This full-time role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and helping residents stay engaged during shifts.

You will be part of a team that values empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude. Schedule includes 6:00pm–6:00am shifts, with Week 1 and Week 2 rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop throughout shift.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents and promote empathy and inclusion.
• Support residents with daily routines and participation in activities.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and pursue ongoing training and development.
