Arrow Senior Living invites applications for a Part-Time Medication Partner in Ankeny, IA. You will ensure proper medication administration, maintain carts and records, and assist residents with ADLs. The role emphasizes compassion, empathy, and teamwork in a home-like environment.

Requirements include 18+, state certification, high school diploma, and English communication. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and tuition reimbursement, with a pay range of $22–$26.25 per hour.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work with residents and teammates.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance.
• Health screening and TB test per policy.
