Arrow Senior Living in Ankeny, IA is seeking a Medication Partner to join our Rock Creek team. This full-time role requires administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting residents with daily activities in a compassionate, empathetic environment.

The position offers a consistent 6:00am–6:00pm schedule and opportunities for growth. Join us at Rock Creek located at 3602 NW 5th Street, Ankeny, IA 50023.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be state-certified and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work with co-workers.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information about Residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance.
• Health screening within six months and TB testing annually.
