Wellstar Health System is seeking a Care Partner to support the care team and promote a positive patient experience. This role works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic care such as hygiene and nutrition.

Responsibilities include collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other staff to follow the plan of care, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining clear communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Rising Senior in Good Standing or High School Diploma / GED.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Tech program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Excellence in Patient Experience by partnering with health care team, patient and family.
• Provide patient care under the direction of the RN, including ADLs and vital signs.
• Assist RN and other health care team with care delivery as assigned.
• Participate in hourly patient rounding.
• Answer telephone and call lights promptly and document appropriately.
