Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Care Partner to support nursing staff and enhance patient experiences. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help ensure patient comfort in a busy clinical setting.

As a Care Partner, you’ll work under the supervision of the RN, collaborate with the healthcare team, and contribute to safe, compassionate care while maintaining unit workflow and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed directions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, specifically ability to document.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Excellence in Patient Experience by partnering with health care team, patient and family.
• Provides patient care under the direction of the RN.
• Communicates patient care concerns/problems/emergencies to the RN or Charge Nurse in a timely manner.
• Keeps patient rooms and unit areas clean and free of clutter.

Education

Rising Senior in Good Standing Other / Related Field or High School Diploma / GED General-Preferred
