Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks a Care Partner to support nursing staff and enhance the patient experience. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help deliver compassionate, culturally aware care in a fast-paced environment.

Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, you will participate in the plan of care, document care in EMR, and support safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program preferred.
• Demonstrated excellent patient communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and vital signs.
• Support RN and healthcare team to provide age-appropriate, culturally aware care.
• Document patient care in EMR and communicate needs to the nursing staff.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and patient comfort in a fast-paced environment.
