Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking a Night shift Care Partner to support nursing staff and enhance patient experiences. You will assist with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic care under RN supervision, while maintaining HIPAA and a compassionate mindset.

Role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment. Prior CNA or Patient Care Tech exposure is preferred, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication, ability to document.
• Ability to follow detailed directions and work in a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
• Rising senior in good standing or high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Promote positive patient experience by partnering with nurse and care team.
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures.
• Assist with basic patient care tasks (ADLs, ambulation, vital signs).
• Support unit operations: data retrieval, supplies, and transport of medications.
• Document care in EMR and communicate patient needs promptly.
