Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily living tasks.
• Support RN and healthcare team with care delivery and monitoring of patient needs.
• Provide patient comfort and safety, including ambulation and basic care tasks.
• Document patient information and care in EMR; participate in hourly rounds and handoffs.
