Qualifications

• Clear documentation of patient care activities in EMR and related systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under direction of the RN and healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic comfort measures.
• Support patient safety, privacy, and dignity while delivering compassionate care.
• Document care activities accurately in the EMR and communicate updates to the team.
