Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital is seeking a Care Partner to support the nursing team during night shifts. You will assist with daily living activities, promote a positive patient experience, and help ensure safety and comfort for patients.

Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, you will perform ADLs, monitor vitals, document in the EMR, and communicate with the care team. A high school diploma or GED is required; CNA/Patient Care Tech training preferred; BLS certification upon hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic patient care and daily living activities (ADLs).
• Support RN and other healthcare providers in delivering compassionate care.
• Document care activities in the EMR and report changes promptly.
• Participate in hourly patient rounding and ensure patient safety.
