Responsibilities

• Excellence in patient experience by partnering with the healthcare team, patient and family.
• Provide patient care needs (hygiene, nutrition, elimination, comfort) under RN direction.
• Assist with direct patient admission and monitor key safety information.
• Document completion of patient care in EMR in a timely manner.
• Assist in transporting supplies, medications and equipment as assigned.
• Answer call lights promptly and communicate with the RN or Charge Nurse.
