Job summary

Inspired Living in Bradenton, FL is seeking Caring Care Partners to provide compassionate daily living support aligned with each resident's plan. You will get to know residents, support their needs and dignity, and help create a warm, safe home.

Responsibilities include observing changes, documenting accurately, and collaborating with the care team, families, and clinical leaders. You will assist with meals and dining to keep the dining area welcoming, while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Word and Excel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
