Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Springfield, MO is seeking a Part-Time Care Partner to assist residents with daily activities and provide companionship in a home-like setting. Evening shifts, 7:00pm–11:00pm, Wednesdays and Sundays, support residents with ADLs, and help maintain a safe, caring environment.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, English in resident communication, and basic computer skills for documentation.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Care Partner pay range: $17 - $22.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Wednesday and Sunday

7:00pm to 11:00pm
