Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for full-time 7:00am–7:00pm shifts in a home-like environment where residents are cared for with empathy and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, fostering connections, and supporting residents during daily activities and after falls. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, and be fluent in English. We value a positive, energetic attitude and reliability.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Full-Time

Care Partner pay range: $17 - $22.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
