Job summary

Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Care Partner to join our team in a part-time role in Michigan. You will help residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, while promoting empathy and a warm, inclusive community.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and communicate well in English. We value a positive attitude, reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about Residents.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Be proactive in engaging residents and supporting daily living activities while fostering a caring environment.

Position—Care Partner

Position Type: Part-Time

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $21 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Monday

7:00pm to 6:00am
