Carriage Court Senior Living in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Care Partner to join our compassionate team. This part-time role supports residents with daily living activities and fosters a warm, home-like environment.

You will help with ADLs, provide empathy, and contribute to a positive community. The schedule includes Wednesday and Monday from 7:00am to 7:00pm, with pay range $18–$21.25 per hour and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use basic computer functions to print documents and enter information.
• Willingness to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop throughout shifts.
• Must be cleared criminally.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create an inclusive, positive environment and build meaningful connections with residents.
• Engage residents in activities and support development and training within the organization.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $21.25 per hour

Shift Schedule -

Wednesday and Monday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
