Vitalia Active Adult Community at Rockside in Seven Hills, OH, is seeking a Care Partner for part-time shifts. You will accompany residents in daily activities, providing compassionate support and assistance with ADLs, while promoting a warm, home-like atmosphere.

The role emphasizes empathy, responsiveness, and collaborative teamwork. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, strong communication, and the physical ability to assist residents and lift items

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active as the role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an empathetic, inclusive environment and foster connection with residents.
• Support residents in daily activities and participate in community activities and events.
• Maintain safety, observe changes in residents, and document as needed.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00pm to 11:00pm
