Carriage Court Of Hilliard in Hilliard, OH is seeking a part-time Care Partner to provide compassionate, resident-centered assistance. You will support daily living activities, promote empathy, and help residents engage in community events as part of a dedicated care team.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and respect for residents, with a pay range of $18–$21.25 per hour and a schedule including Wednesday and Monday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter information.
• Physically active: stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsibilities

Shift Schedule—

Wednesday and Monday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
