Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Highland Heights, OH, to join a team dedicated to residents' well-being. The role is part-time with shifts 7:00am–7:00pm and a pay range of $18–$24 per hour.

You’ll support residents with daily living activities, foster empathy, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read and communicate in English, and be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
