Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for the 7am-7pm shift in Hilliard, OH. This part-time role offers a pay range of $18–$21.25 per hour and focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities and fostering a warm, supportive environment. The position requires physical stamina and a commitment to safety and empathy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter information.
• Active daily movements: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create an inclusive, positive environment by engaging with residents and colleagues.
• Demonstrate empathy and be a dependable team member for residents and the community.
• Support residents’ development and participate in training and growth opportunities.
• Represent the organization with a friendly, professional demeanor on every shift.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $21.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Wednesday and Monday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
