Arrow Senior Living in Seven Hills, OH seeks a Care Partner (part-time). The shift schedule alternates weekly: Week 1 Wed, Thu, Fri; Week 2 Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun, 7:00am–11:00am. Location is Seven Hills, OH. Pay range is $18–$24 per hour.

You will support residents with daily activities, foster empathy and human connection, and engage in ongoing development within the organization. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Must have computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $24 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00am to 11:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
