Arrow Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a Care Partner for the 7am-7pm shift. This part-time role focuses on compassionate, empathetic care for residents, supporting daily living activities and fostering a warm, inclusive environment. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Position Type: Part-Time

Location: Columbia, MO

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $23.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
