Arrow Senior Living in The Boulevard Senior Living-Wentzville is seeking a Care Partner for 7p-7a on a part-time basis to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a home-like environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote safety, and engage residents with empathy and respect. The role includes light data entry and teamwork within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide empathetic, respectful interactions with residents.
• Monitor safety and mobility; assist with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Use computer to print documents and enter resident information.
• Follow Arrow Senior Living policies and protect resident confidentiality.

Position Type: Part-Time

Care Partner pay range: $17 - $22.75 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday

7:00pm to 7:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
